By accessing or using Bulk Address Check ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Bulk Address Check provides address verification, validation, and geocoding services through both a web interface and API. The Service includes:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide are entirely voluntary. We may use such feedback without obligation to you.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We may delete your data 90 days after termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
• Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
• Errors or defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDRESSVERIFY PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or other commercial damages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
